When you have an exam comming up, how do you study for your exam? Do you cram all the studying the day or night before the test? Do you study a week before the test? Or do you apply different strategies for learning the information?

I use all three methods. I would recommend studying ahead of time though. this way the information stays in your brain longer and you can actually apply the information you have obtained. That is the method I try to use the most often. However, life doesn't always allow it to work out that way. So procrastinating unfortunately happens to me a lot. lol

I usually study the material or at least look at it ten minutes everyday at least the last week before the test. It works for me because the information builds up in your memory. By the time I really have to study for the whole thing, which is the night before, I don't have to struggle all the way to retain the information. As far as methods, i usually look through my notes and textbook and type the study guide on my computer and print it out and read the information before the test. I don't like looking through my notes cause I get bored reading my own hand writing. I have a good memory, so as long as i write the notes from the lecture ones, i'll be able to remember the lecture when I study for the test.
